We can complete an assessment with a claimant at any time during the claims process, depending on the type of information you need. Our assessments utilise a holistic approach to look in detail at the effect of a claimants condition on every aspect of their lives, from day-to-day function, social support, psychological well-being and return to work. This gives you a full picture of their current circumstances as well as their future prognosis and likelihood of recovery and return to work and function.
Our Case Managers can also provide a return to work service to your claimants to help them return to the workplace. This pro-active support can also involve organising appropriate treatment for their medical conditions, thereby enabling their return work sooner and reducing the lifecycle of the claim
